Manual Trolleys - Clean Room
The Verlinde CHZ INOX stainless steel manual push travel trolley has a lifting capacity from 500kg up to 1,000kg and is ideally suited for use with a Verlinde manual chain hoist to make an ideal lifting and handling solution within clean room environments.
The CHZ INOX stainless steel manual push travel trolley is designed to provide horizontal movement to any manual chain hoist that is fitted with a hook, but for clean room lifting operations, the Verlinde ZHV Inox stainless steel hand chain block makes the ideal partner for the CHZ INOX stainless steel push travel trolley.
The Verlinde clean room stainless steel manual trolley is designed to provide users with the maximum level of safety. It is delivered with the following equipment as standard:
- CHZ trolley in completely stainless steel version, flanges, cross member, roller
- The CHZ allows the suspension of any type of lifting device fitted with a hook
- Steering is done by pushing on the load
- Machined stainless steel rollers allowing regular movement
- Rollers compatible with all types of I and H profiles
- The ball bearings of the wheels are sealed and maintenance free
- Serial number written on the frame (on stainless steel plate)
- Comes with CE certificate
- Surface treatment: electrolytic polishing
