Providing a lifting capacity range of 500kg to 20,000kg, the Verlinde VHR explosion and spark-proof manual chain hoist is the explosion proof (EX) equivalent of the standard industrial VHR manual chain hoist and has the same compact design, whilst delivering safety with a reduced weight.

The VHR EX is available with either galvanised or stainless steel chain, ATEX Marking: Ex II 2GD c IIC T4 T+135°C and is suitable for gas and dust hazardous areas, in zones 1 and 2, 21 and 22 hazardous areas. The hand chain is stainless steel 3169 as standard, the hooks are bronze coated and the body boasts a high-resistance RAL9006 aluminium-type powder coated finish, 70μ thick.

The ZHV EX ATEX trolley options are: bronze coated hook, polyester paint, full stainless steel frame, chain/hook and paint options are aluminium ceramic paint, offshore paint or with additional polyester paint if required.
