ZHV Manual Chain Block
The Verlinde ZHV manual chain hoist is suitable for IEC EX ZONE 2 environments, has a lifting capacity of 500kg to 50,000kg and is ideally suited to industrial construction or maintenance applications.
The ZHV comes with surface treatment options such as Aluminum Ceramic Coat, EX ATEX with coat of polyester paint and brass hook and full stainless steel (500kg and 1,000kg)
Features
The Verlinde ZHV manual chain hoist is designed to provide users with the maximum level of safety. It is delivered with the following equipment as standard:
- Epoxy Paint (min. 50 µm)
- Machined chain sprocket and gears provide smoother, more efficient operation
- High strength alloy steel load chain with corrosion-resistant galvanized
- Galvanized hand chain
- ZHV’s compact design offers safety together with reduced weight
- Ideal for construction and maintenance applications
- Steel casing solidly protects chain sprocket, gearcase and handwheel cover
- Upper and lower alloy steel ISO hooks with safety latches
- Delivered with CE certificate
